White Screen Of death

after flashing a font on my mates l6 im getting the white screen of death, how can i get round this

damnzzzz, try forcing it in flash mode, press *#powerbutton (red one) and then flash it with this (http://www.modmymoto.com/forums/downloads.php?do=file&id=1016) flash to bring it back to live. (You'll loose everything, your phone will be like new). Hope this works, me myself never experienced the "white screen of death".

Yeah just pull out the battery and put it back in, if it still does it then follow SJ's advice.

i can still get it in to bootloader is flashing font .smg's the same as drm smg aprt from the CG

No they're different! Both of them!!
Ok, here is the solution to your problem! Both of them you have to use FB3, Download here!

The font goes as follow, In FB3. --> flashing Bin file with Flash & Backup 3 - Write Data tab > add > Choose file > then in the field "enter start adress" write 10E60000, select code group CG4, click OK, then click Write and that's all.

As for the DRM it goes as follow, in FB3 --> flashing DRM smg file with Flash & Backup 3 - Write Data tab > add > Choose file > then in the field "enter start adress" write 10D20000, select code group CG15, click OK, then click Write and that's all. Happy Modding!

Btw make sure you choose Active Phone Profile: L6! (At the top of the program)

yeah i know what i done wrong, used the same start adress for the font(stupid me)

wooohooo fixed it with out Reflashing it, what i done was send the font to the correct address then send the DRM's to the right address again

now i know why i dont mod an L6 lol, but managed to do the funlights and 850 band Mod on my mates fone, he was ready to punch me just now

ok im having same prob with v3 ive sent it back once on exchange already en i had gotten it back but when it happened again last night, i had installed a skin and boom it went white AGAIN now wont recognize usb drivers at all,,,,,,, PPPPPPPPLZ HELP lol i have back up phone ,,,but im really beginning to despize razers! so im sitting in now im sitting in boot loader mode waiting on second exchange to arrive 40 buxs later,,,,

Try forcing it into bootloader mode and then connecting it to the PC - you should then be able to backup.

Also make sure the skins you try and use are for you model of phone - the wrong ones will cause this problem

and you could also try asking in the V3 forum for further help
