Help With Random's Flask & Backup

can anyone help me use the program? i have to download a LP to my Z3 , but i have to do a bachup , and i dont know how , and i allso dont know how to flash it into my phone , where can i get the steps or can anyone help me

read the sticky at the top of this forum page on how to use the Z3 profile for Flash&Backup. then to make a full backup, you need to start in bootloader mode and check all CGs. make sure your Flash&Backup3 is registered. once done, you can flash any LP using Flash&Backup3 or RSD Lite

what is bootloder? where do i see that setting?
