T-mobile newb-fail

I have a T-mobile razr I unlocked and was fiddling with to try and customize. But I seem to have screwed it up and also accidentally deleted the backup I had.

This is what I have:

Boot Loader 0A.52
SW Version: R3443u2_G_0e.C0.15r
PH SIG ERR: 35:02

Also whenever I try to flash or do anything in RSD lite I get a critical error 84 on the phone.

Any ideas on what I can do to fix it? I'm kind of stumped.

did you try forcing bootloader before flashing?? (* # power) it sounds like you are already stuck in bootloader mode, but try this first anyway. take the battery out wait ten seconds, hold * and # keys while inserting battery. if the info is displayed you are in bootloader mode. if not keep holding *# and press power button. once in bootloader, flash THIS using RSDlite. if the phone stays the same you will need to put it into "Blank" mode by doing a Testpoint. Follow the UNLOCKING GUIDE for the procedure on repairing PDS. then flash the stock tmob file from above. if all else fails, flash the tmob file while the phone is in blank mode using p2k easy tools.

Hope this works for ya buddy

Thanks, Gonna give it a shot now

When I try to flash in RSDlite I get Critical error 84 on the phone

In RSDlite, under status, it says "phone{0000]: Flashing Code Group 1" when it fails.

It all restarts and goes back to bootloader.

I'm gonna try and repair the PDS now.

I can't seem to do a test point on it. I've followed the instructions to the letter but it keeps saying "Error: Please make testpoint on phone for this model.

That picture IS of the right test point, isn't it? I've been keeping the grounded pin on it, hooking up the battery and clicking 'Do selected jobs' but all I get is that error message.

I'd appreciate any suggestions.

Ok, after 4 hours I managed to get both test points done. Now I'll try and re-flash the software

I managed to complete the test points and reflashed the Monster pack and everything works like a charm. I appreciate your help

glad to see you finally worked it out
it looks before that you were holding the TP when flashing. i dont think the guide tells you, but the TP is only to put the phone into blank mode.... once in blank mode the TP cable or wire can be removed.
