hi..can anyone tell me where can i download some rokr e1 skins. i cant finr any. tnx

how can i know that it is for the rokr itunes. how can i also install it in my phone?

Well, you can't untill you download and install it. The easiest way to install a new skin is using a program called Skin Manager - it's free and can be found in virtually every Motorola forum, including this one. Advice: start it, connect your phone and then you'll be able to use it's options!
