screen saver options

hi all, is there a seem edit to enable / disable the screen saver on the filp separate from the main screen?

im not sure what you are trying to do. there are basic seem edits for the personalize menu such as:

seem 0032_0001
offset 43 bit 6: Settings > Personalize > Screensaver (1 on, 0 off)
offset 44 bit 0: Settings > Personalize > Wallpaper (1 on, 0 off)

i doubt whether this is what youre looking for, but feel free to check out the p2k Seem Map so you can study it for yourself.... who knows, maybe you'll find the answer you need good luck!! and if you have any more questions just post away

Or
do you want to turn off screensaver permanently on main screen ?

What is the meaning of separate from main screen ?

ok, thanks for the replies. I may have started the thread before I did my homework.

zedbra, I have check the seem map but I was looking for offsets to control wallpaper on the flip alone. so I could have one wallpaper on the main and a different one on the flip. I have used P2K Advanced Editor (very cool tool!) and noticed many undefined offsets with bits set, I was wondering what they do but not looking to find out by trial and error.

alaminok, the flip displays the wallpaper as set by the display timeout. When I started this thread I had the timer set to off, so it looked like I was using more battery displaying the wallpaper after the backlight was off.

I could have used a good manual with the phone.

when the flip is closed the main wallpaper is displayed. there is no way to make a separate wallpaper for that, however when the flip is open the outer pic changes. this is the cl.gif. you can change this to any custom pic you want. i believe there is a guide for this. unfortunately there is very little you can do to customize the outer display.

thanks for your input, I was coming to that conclusion last night when I realized the wallpaper moves between the main screen and the flip. I have used the c.gif mod.

HEY, ZEDBRA ANY PATCHES to apply 3 lines in v3 outer screen like v360 !!

If there is , then outer display can be a little good looking.

not sure what you mean bro, but i do not think there are any patches for the outer display. The only mods i am aware of are:
1: change image
2: custom text instead of image

there is patch for v3i versions......

there appears 3 lines text in outer sreen, after closing the flip.
