I compiled a funlights pattern file with funlight editor 2.2.7. It WORKS! WMwinn got the clublights working, and I added some more patterns to the clublights, so here is the working funlights file for the v3re - s3442a.

Yes ring lights are working, I have a question, in my menu for the ring lights the names are different than those in the pattern file. Is this a change from a skin I have applied, would I have to edit the menu file to change this, will it appear correctly on an unmodified skin.

Please let me know if this file works for anybody. It works on my phone with the v3 seems, but I also used the funlight editor, with the option to change the seem for the rhythm lights option, I still can't figure this part out yet.

Ringlights and Eventlights are working on my V3re!!

The ringlight menu may not be accurate, but the phone is lighting up with different patterns upon a received call. My favorite is Solar.

well only thing i can think of is something with the v3r3 seems maybe renamed the patterns for you but the v3re is comign along very nicely

TJ - I don't have any experience with rhythm lights. How to test if they're working?

Do you have the Rhythm Lights menu available on your phone under Settings|Personalize. If not, I think I used Funlight Editor 2.2.7 to enable this menu, I'm not sure, because I did a lot of stuff trying to get it to work. And I don't know which seem edit actually brought up this menu.

Here's the advice I've been following for funlights:

Funlights
Q. What is it?
A. Flashing keypad and bluetooth indicator when call is received to phone.
How to enable it:
1. Seem 0032_0001 offset 63 bit 2 [checked]
2. Upload FUNLIGHT to /a/mobile/audio/ folder with p2kman (or equivalent program)
3. Menu>settings>ring styles>ring lights

Event Lights
Q. What is it?
A. Like ringlights but for sms/vm (instead of incoming calls)
How to enable it:
1. Seem 0032_0001 offset 65 -bit 0 [checked]
2. Menu>settings>ring styles>event lights

Clublights
Q. What is it?
A. clublights make the inner and outerlcd/keypad sound sensitive (they flash/pulse to sound)
How to enable it:
1. Seem 0032_0001 offset 63 bit 3 [checked]
2. Menu>settings>personalize>rhythm lights
**settings range from 1-7 "1" being the most sensitive**

No problem getting all the phone menu options to appear on the v3re. For clublights (rhythm) - I haven't been able to see this in action. Is the phone supposed to blink in sync with loud music being played? Does the flip need to be opened or closed?

Here's a slightly modified version of TJ's working funlight.pat for the v3re.... includes club lights!!

You must select the NOCTURNE pattern for club lights.

Xploder is right... I edited the file using Funlights Editor.

I deleted some extraneous clublights files, and moved (01) up to the top of the list. That's why you have to select NOCTURNE to enable clublights.
