help with an AT&T V3re

I'm sure this has been covered at least 1000 times but I've been searching for my answer for a while and my eyes are getting blurry so I apologize for asking this question again. First of all, I'd like to announce that after a long wait, I've finally been able to get rid of Verizon and their abysmal V3C and get over to AT&T and their V3. Apparently it's a V3re and the s/w version is R3442A_G_0E.43.08R and if I'm reading it right, bootloader 0C.C1....(If anyone cares, I smashed my V3C with a hammer!) In any case, I did manage to flash that old phone to the Alltel interface so I have at least a little experience in modding a phone but what I need help with is this...

I've downloaded RSD and P2Kman. RSD recognises the phone but P2Kman won't read the phones files. I also tried P2K commander but that just freezes up and shuts down. The only thing I can think of is that perhaps I have the wrong drivers. Can anyone point me in the right direction to solve this....also, I'm trying to do the following...

1. I understand that there's a way to free up some of the storage(for ringers, pictures, etc.) Is this true and if so, how is it done?
2. I'm British(but living in the US) so I'd prefer a UK English Language pack
3. I'm very interested in turning on the "fun lights", how is this achieved?

Would I just be better off flashing with a monster pack or can I do these things separately? If the MP is my best option, what should I be looking for.

1. Best app for V3re file structure is M-explorer. You can delete the stock images, videos, audio to save some space.

great, thanks for the info....I guess my only other question would be how do I do the seem editing to enable the funlight menu? P2Kman won't read my phone and according to one of your posts on the funlights link you sent, there's seem editing involved. Will the funlight editor automatically change the seems or is there another seem editor I should use?

And anyone else that might have some info on a UK English Language pack, please let me know...
