Unknown rarzr version?

Hi, I just bought a new rarzr which comes with a boot Loader OC.C1 SW Version:R3442A_G_0E.43.04R_A.

I'm very new to this, and I been reading alot of post and guildes about the razr before posting but the first thing I notice in all tthe guildes I read don't have my boot loader info, not that I know of. First I need to know the rarzr version I have so I can read on it. Second can someone point me to the right direction where I can read my razr version. I would like to backup my firmwire and important files on my phone then do some seem editing or of course unlock my phone is a must ...please anyone out there show me some light, would appreciate it.

Hi, I just got my new RAZR the day before yesterday.
I tried to install "Motorola Phone Tool" download form internet and fail due to not recognize the manufacture.

I follow the instructions found my S/W version is:
R3442Q_G_OE.40.1ER_GNPO25_RFDI

Any one know what type of the RAZR it is?
Where I can find some proper software for?

Wow, and you say that it is working alright? Its a new one altogether, and to have the RFDI image as the firmware I have never seen before.

What is RDFI image as firmware means?
I have the problem to make Motorola phone tools work.

Please start the phone in Bootloader mode. Turn it off, press # and * simultaneously while powering the phone on. You will get a black screen with Bootloader and S/W info. Tell us what it says and then turn phone off and on again to return to normal. Thanks in advance.

R3442A_G_0E.40.1ER_GNPO25_RFDI

Another line tells me battery low, can not program.

How come, I key in *#9999# came out R3442Q but in bootload mode came out R3442A ?

More to learn, please advice. Thank you.

btw, by some reason, I found this phone is in cripple condition:
* bluetooth can not function.
* only 4 (four) ring tones
* Airplane mode does work at all.
...
All above is because of RFDI ?
I start hate this phone... any advice please?
