P2KTools Manual Skin Installation

The method was tested on P2KTools v.0.8 and it works but i can't confirm if it will work on older versions of P2KTools. This method is similar to number one accept one difference. P2KTools does not change the file attributes after uploading files so you will need to do it your self. It also does not have a smart refresh function like P2KTools so every time you create a directory you have to hit Refresh to see the changes which can be rather annoying.
