Changing CL.gif on the Go (Confirmed on R479)
original method discovered by Samsung edits by Sandroc
Using P2Kman or any other seem downloader - download Seem 0061_0001 and use any hex editor like XVI32 or 0xED to change the text string in the right hand pane (XVI32) /a/mobile/system/cl.gif to read /c/mobile/picture/c.gif instead. *Unlike the regular V3 mod, here instead of just changing the directory and making the cl.gif to c.gif note that you are also changing the drive letter from your phone to be c.
Upload your newly modded seem and overwrite both 0061_0001 and 0062_0001. Upload some 96x80 images to your c/mobile/picture directory. Once the phone is restarted, all you have to do to switch your outer LCD image now is browse through your picture directory and name the one you want to use simply c and then restart the phone and you should be good to go.
** If you are having issues make sure your seem 004a_0001 offset 27 is set to 00** (I did not have any issues, so this last line of text was not confirmed for the R479)
